Return & Exchange Policy
We are proud of the quality of our products and want you to be excited about your purchase too! If for some reason you are not pleased with your purchase, you can return unworn, unwashed items for store credit within 14 days of receiving them. Items may only be returned for store credit, which may then be used to purchase a new item or variant of the original item purchased if an exchange is desired. Please note, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns and exchanges. Returned items must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery to the customer. If an item is sent back after 14 days, it will not be accepted.
Return requests will be approved/denied within 2-3 business days. Please wait for email confirmation before shipping your package. We will refuse any packages sent without prior contact. Once the item(s) is/are received, your store credit will be processed within 2-3 business days. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions/concerns.
All Returned Items Must Meet the Requirements Below:
- Must be free of marks, makeup, perfumes, strong odors, deodorant, cigarette smoke, and animal hair.
Items showing signs of wear and/or damage will be returned to the customer with no store credit issued.
All original tags must be attached.
All Hometown Girl items are final sale. No exceptions will be made.
Please do not attempt to return items that do not meet these requirements. They will be returned to you at your cost without notice.
If an item is damaged upon arrival, please let us know via email (email@example.com) within 5 days of receiving the item.
Items cannot be washed or worn when claimed as damaged. After 5 days, Piper Mae can no longer be responsible. Piper Mae will provide a USPS First Class return shipping label in the event of a wrong item or a damaged item being received.
Please note that store credit will not be issued for shipping fees associated with the purchase.
